Key Holder/sales Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Age gate customers (If customer(s) looks under the age of 25 years old ask for identification)
- Assist customers with questions, guide them on responsible cannabis uses/practices, help them make informed suggestions and product recommendations
- Prepare in-store and online orders, review inventory counts and assist with back end support.
- Follow specific in store opening and closing procedures, including but not limited to restocking, general housekeeping and end of day reports
- Keep store clean and tidy, daily housekeeping responsibilities
- Maintain company confidentiality and security of operational reports and customer information
- Adhere to all federal, provincial and municipal legislative requirements of cannabis retailers
- All other duties as assigned by the store owner and store manager.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

- French not required

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dundas, ON L9H 7H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cannsell (required)
