Associate Program Manager

**Job Summary**: This role will focus on CRM management, sales insights, and executive presentations. The Associate Program Manager will also play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CRM Management**:
- Maintain and update the Sales Force system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement Sales Force strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Train and support team members on Sales Force best practices and usage.
- **Sales Insights**:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies based on data insights.
- **Sales Campaigns**:
- Assist in the development and execution of Sales strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- **Executive Presentations**:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for executive meetings and reviews.
- Summarize complex data and insights into clear, concise, and visually appealing formats.
- Assist in the creation of strategic plans and proposals for senior leadership.
**Experience**:
0-3 years of related experience
