**About us**
Building Investments is an ideal place for the energetic sales and business development person with a hunger for closings. The Company excels in real estate investments and developments, and looking to bring in a business development for the Construction Management services it can offer.
**Overall Summary of Duties**
The incumbent will be doing outbound sales calls and reach outs, to potential clients. S/He will be accountable to run, and manage the CRM system and follow up sequence to nurture leads into clients. The goal is to get 4-6 new clients in the first year. S/He will be responsible for all potential client interactions, proposal preparation, business development for new clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales & Business Development Role:_
- Filter through the client cold outreach list, perform daily reach outs to the list, update CRM, and follow ups to obtain 6 new clients (1.5 client per quarter).
- Manage all potential client interactions to schedule presentation, and offer proposals.
- Administration Support:_
- Improve sales script, sales sequence, sales presentations, and proposals.
- Create, maintain, and update the CRM, and lead generation systems.
- Create, manage, and update, our business development ads.
**Key Requirements**:
- Neat, clean, professional dress code at all times.
- Must have 5+ year proven track record as a sales for high ticket.
- Must have 2+ year proven track record of business development for high ticket.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Office, CRM, sales scripts, social media
**Strong Assets**:
- A proven sales track record, in the construction industry.
- Has created the system, and closed $million dollar contracts before.
**Hours of work - Full time**:
- 8-4 or 9-5 pm, weekdays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
