As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic **Business Development & Sales Representative** to drive market expansion, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of our sales and marketing efforts.

**Position Overview**

The **Business Development & Sales Representative** will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and delivering tailored AV solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of solution-based selling and a passion for innovation and technology.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- **Solution-Based Selling**: Collaborate with clients to assess their AV needs and propose customized solutions that deliver value.
- **Sales Process Management**: Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- **Proposal & Quoting**: Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals, working closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet specifications.
- **Market & Industry Research**: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Mirage AV effectively.
- **Performance Tracking**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress and insights to leadership.
- **Marketing & Content Support**: Contribute to promotional initiatives by creating engaging content for marketing campaigns, website, and social media platforms.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **2+ years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in AV, IT, construction, or related technical industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business and market strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, and visual).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and close deals.
- Passion for customer service and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Valid Class G driver’s license.
