**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management to maintain organized records.
- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist in customer service and customer support activities as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computer software to create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.
**Experience**
- Microsoft Office suite, Canva, and Quickbooks Online an asset.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
