**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain and update databases with the most recent information
- Organize files and receipts to be entered into QuickBooks
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Assist with clerical duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset - training is available
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge - training is available
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and retrieval

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
