**Office Manager/Bookkeeper (20-40 hours a week)**

**Roles and Responsibilities: (**include the following and not limited to**, other duties may be assigned)**
The Office Manager/Bookkeeper ensures the office runs smoothly, provides support to different departments, maintains and updates files and records, answers calls, takes messages, redirects calls, sorts, distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail and other shipments.
- Oversee and maintain financial deadlines and daily bookkeeping activities.
- Accounts Payable - includes recording all invoices, gathering Credit Card purchase receipts, and paying invoices according to terms
- Governmental reporting for GST, PST and payroll and WCB.
- Year-end tax preparation for filing.
- Process Bank Deposit as needed.
- Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support other departments as needed
- POS inventory control
**Qualifications / Skills**:
- Proficiency in Sage (required)
- Payroll (required)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative assistant (helpful)
**Language**:
- English (required)
**Flexible Schedule (Shifts adjustable between Monday and Friday)**

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
