Office Manager/bookkeeper

We are a family owned business with 3 Midas auto repair facilites across Vancouver Island. This is a predominantly home based position. Occasional site visits may be required, must reside in great Victoria are. Great benefits and flexible hours. Compensation can be significantly higher as the business expands.
Must be experienced with QuickBooks. Inventory management experience would be an asset. Must be organized, able to work well with others, personable, and be able to keep an accurate set of books. The use of journal entries, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, trial balances, adjusting entries and preparation of books for year ends is essential and to work with our accountant to resolve any issues and keep books accurate to minimize accounting costs.

Education, Experience Requirements:
- Two to three years’ experience in an office setting
- Previous bookkeeping experience mandatory
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
