**About us**

OSG is a leading manufacturer of taps, end mills, drills, and indexable cutting tools. OSG’s extensive line of high technology cutting tools features exclusive metallurgy, cutting geometries and proprietary surface treatments to help increase productivity, reliability and tool life. The company markets its products to numerous industries including automotive, die mold, aerospace, energy, heavy industry and dental.

Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provides front-line service by answering incoming customer calls, solving problems and doing order follow-ups;
- Processes special orders and quotations and fulfills customer requirements ensuring satisfaction;
- Provides customers with knowledge of the tooling concepts and procedures;
- Identifies and maintains developed accounts as required;
- Facilitates leads to the outside sales team by utilizing a consultative approach;
- Receives, researches and responds to customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product quality;
- Identifies and presents training needs to the Customer Service Supervisor to enhance skills and experience;
- Assures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; and
- Develops and maintains OSG brand awareness and corporate philosophy in the community.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
