Aquiform is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with the customer service team to oversee all bilingual customer inquiries and translations for the Company as well as completing the below specified tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

**This position will be full-time, permanent in office.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions in a timely manner and assist other team members with providing solutions
- Help maintain positive relationships with all customers
- Enter all required customer data into the Company’s software system
- Process customer orders into the software system
- Enter return paperwork for dealers and vendors
- Provide inventory reports for team and company
- Create and submit purchase orders for Mainway product
- Inquire with vendors on new product and product ETA’s
- Requesting Customer Reviews
- Editing product pages and descriptions
- Assisting other departments when needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Fluent in French and English with strong written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to take direction and follow-through
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of computers and related skills (including keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Gmail)
- No product knowledge required Training provided
