The typical compensation range for this position is $56,000-62,000/ year

Established in 1982, Great Little Box Company is a family-owned and operated leading manufacturer of Labels, Corrugated Boxes & Displays, Folding Cartons, KBA, Digital Packaging, Protective Packaging, and the distribution of Shipping Supplies. Our courtesy shuttle bus provides transportation to many of our shifts.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Maintain the 5S program: administrative support, training & internal audits
- Collaborate/support the operations team with continuous improvement initiatives
- Coach and support team members in the use of lean tools as required
- Coordinate internal CI workshops and training
- Perform routine data analysis to identify waste and bottlenecks
- Support creation, implementation, and revision of Standard Operating Procedures in key business areas
- Assist in maintaining ISO-9001 certification as back up
- Assist in processing customer documentation requests as back up
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a CI role or related role in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s Degree required (focus on Engineering is a strong asset)
- Practical knowledge and experience using CI tools required
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 is an asset
- Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice and Food Safety management standard is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and understands change management lean principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
