CI/Business Analyst will assist with the development of Key Performance Indicators through balance score card, assist various teams in creating projects and targets to reduce the gaps identified within KPIs and budget.

This is role will support the Continuous Excellence Program Manager to deliver the Program, which includes hosting various event activities and increasing employee engagement.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve performance across the board
- Partner and act as a resource in identifying/prioritizing process improvement projects as well as developing business cases
- Advocate for Continuous Improvement, provide guidance and direction to key stakeholders and project teams
- Support data driven decision-making by building reports and presentations that effectively communicate data/information
- Lead the Annual Budgeting process for Mill Optimization and Global Machine Technology Groups
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications (Education/Technical/Experience/Competencies)**
- Bachelor’s degree emphasizing business/engineering/statistical analysis
- Min. 3 year of work experience in related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Team building and leveraging the experiences and expertise of others
- Project leadership and management skills
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt; maintain focus and a high degree of accuracy in an environment of ever-changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements
- Strong command of the MS Office Suite of Products
