**Responsibilities**
- Process and verify invoices using QuickBooks
- Handle data entry tasks with precision to support the finance team.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable day to day processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and efficiency.
- **Qualifications**:
- Proven experience with accounting software: QuickBooks
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy. Attention to detail is a must.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
