We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Project Coordinator to become a pivotal part of our Vancouver team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing the complexities of construction projects, from the initial stages of pre-construction all the way through to completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every project you oversee meets our rigorous standards of quality, remains on schedule, and adheres strictly to the allocated budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and support of commercial construction projects, with a specific focus on design-build tenant improvements.
- Help in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and detailed project plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Support the management of project team members, including field supervisors and project coordinators, to ensure a cohesive team effort.
- Adhere to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements, ensuring projects comply fully.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any arising issues, and ensure that the project remains on track.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with both company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in managing project change orders, overseeing cost control, and handling billing processes to maintain financial integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 4 year of experience in a similar role within commercial construction project management, with a preference for those familiar with design-build tenant improvements.
- A solid understanding of construction management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with precision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and project management software tools.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
