**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and overall closure of construction projects
- Align projects with Onni’s high standards and report to senior Managers.
- Develop, track, and maintain project schedules
- Review critical paths and quickly adapt or accelerate projects to meet deadlines
- Report to directors and keep them updated on project schedules.
- Complete tendering process and oversee contract administration.
- Assist in the overall planning and defining of project scope for all subcontractors and employees
- Conduct project resource allocation from internal and external resources
- Conduct project documentation, communication, and reporting
- Perform cost estimation budget development in collaboration with senior directors
- Perform Quality Control
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required
- Work with the Senior Project Manager and help oversee project team including Project Coordinators and Superintendents.
- Ensure project is built on budget, on schedule, and follows drawing specifications
- Work with Leasing team to aid in the development of budgets and timelines for potential tenants

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 3 years of construction related experience
- Direct work experience in a project coordination capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Experience overseeing multi-family projects
- Certificate, University degree, or college diploma is an asset
- Project Management education is an asset.

**Salary Range**:
$95,000 - $125,000
