Job Overview: Vancouver BC

**Duties**:

- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the construction projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, data entry and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or PMP (an asset).
- Experience in Structural Steel (an asset).
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore.
- Experience with design software such as Bluebeam and Civil 3D.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
