**What You'll Do**:
You’ll assist in managing sub-metering projects, ensuring they run smoothly from planning to execution, with guidance from senior project managers. Responsibilities include:

- Assist in planning and coordinating sub-metering projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Support project documentation, including preparing reports, tracking project progress, and updating timelines.
- Communicate with clients, property managers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate site visits with technicians and ensure all site requirements are met for project installations.
- Manage administrative tasks related to project budgets, timelines, and scheduling.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards, including Measurement Canada accreditation.
- Provide support on-site as needed to ensure project implementation aligns with specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor project-related issues and escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely project updates to all stakeholders.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a project coordination or junior project management role. Experience in sub-metering, utilities, or construction is a plus but not required.
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of electrical meters, sub-metering, or building technologies is a plus.
- **Problem-solving Skills**: Ability to tackle minor issues with support from senior team members.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized project records.
- **Willingness to Learn**: Eagerness to grow into a full project management role and expand your technical knowledge.

Pay: $62,000.00-$68,329.00 per year
