**About the role**:
OLIVER is hiring a Proofreader to join our growing team

The Proofreader will play a pivotal role in supporting our agency team and brand clients to help ensure the smooth management and delivery of projects through our creative studio. This role will be working closely with our digital, social, eCom, website and CRM content teams. With exquisite attention to detail, this individual will become a brand guardian, ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs and channels.

This individual will have a keen eye for grammar/spelling/syntax, consistency of messaging, and ensure that all client instructions and feedback have been addressed correctly. They will certify that all brand, legal, regulatory, and medical guidelines are adhered to, while confirming that all disclaimers, T&C's, registered symbols, and brand logos or wordmarks are utilized correctly.

**What you will be doing**:

- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Proofreading and adherence to deliverable specifications (Brand, LMR, and asset/ media specifications)
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Delivery and trafficking of assets to stakeholders for deployment or publishing
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Appraise clients' requirements and make sure they are satisfied
- Report all malfunctions to managers to ensure immediate action is taken
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
- Review current standards and policies (LMR)
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Ensure all legal and medical standards are met

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under tight timelines
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects at a time, strong communicator
- Natural, respectful collaborator across all departments and functions
- Organized, solution-oriented, pro-active problem-solver
- Positive attitude and catalyst for change and improvement
