As an Office Administrator at Coldwell Banker, Thompson Real Estate Brokerage, out of our Huntsville office, you will engage in processing listing files and deal paperwork as well as general office duties on a daily basis. You will provide assistance and support to our agents, directly impacting our client's experience and satisfaction.

Our four offices and the team of over forty sales reps are led by Brandon Stapleton and Dave Leslie. The sales representatives at Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate all work full-time and consistently rank among the highest in Muskoka, Almaguin Highlands, and Port Loring on a sales-per-agent basis.

**Your day-to-day will look like this**:

- Processing listing files and deal paperwork
- Assist Real Estate Sales Representatives with office procedures
- Communicating with Law offices for Real Estate transactions
- Managing showing systems and lockboxes (enter showing instructions, confirm showings, assign lockboxes to properties, maintain all lockbox inventory)
- Ordering and restocking of office supplies
- Ordering business supplies for our agents
- Scanning and filing documents

**You have**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in file management and processing paperwork
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent time-management, organization and leadership skills
- Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite
- Qualifications in secretarial studies (considered an advantage)

**Total Rewards**:

- This role will be paid based on an hourly rate.
- Paid lunch breaks.
- Paid company shut down between Christmas and new year.
- Three weeks of vacation after five years of service.

On occasion, and as needed, you may be required to travel to our other offices in Burks Falls and Sundridge to assist in general office duties.
