We help older adults remain independent, safe, and connected by offering essential services such as Meals on Wheels, transportation, social programs, and friendly visiting. **Position Summary**
The Office Administrator ensures smooth daily operations and providing exceptional administrative support to staff, volunteers, and clients. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, personable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors.

**What You’ll Do**
As the Office Administrator, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, acting as the main point of contact for clients and visitors while keeping systems and records organized. You’ll manage office coordination and provide financial, donor, and administrative support that keeps our programs running efficiently. This role is central to maintaining an organized, welcoming environment and supporting both staff and board activities.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of administrative experience (nonprofit experience is an asset)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office; quick learner of client management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bookkeeping or financial experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
