Healthy Skin Centre is a state of the art cosmetic dermatology centre. We provide the gold standard treatment in skin cancer surgery as well as BOTOX® Cosmetic, Xeomin®, dermal fillers, varicose vein treatments, sclerotherapy of spider veins, mole removal and advanced skin care with Skinceuticals, Zo and Neocutis product lines.

We are located in New Westminster, but our patients come from all over British Columbia including Vancouver, Burnaby, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, and White Rock.

Our team currently has an opening for a permanent part-time front desk Medical Office Assistant for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday day time hours only, no weekends, or evening shifts.

**Here is what we are looking for**:
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for helping people and who are dynamic, caring and composed.
- Previous reception, front desk or concierge experience (required)
- Previous experience in the cosmetic dermatology, dermatology or medical aesthetics industry (required)
- Proficiency in Windows Office (required), Excel and Canva
- Sales Experience (required)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming personality

**What we expect from you**:

- Be the welcoming face of the clinic and provide five star service to our cosmetic patients and skincare clients
- Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and electronic medical records.
- Billing and Invoice management.
- Maintain patient flow, wait times, comfort in waiting room area and room turnover.
- Schedule appointments and register new clients into the electronic record.
- Provide patient assistance in filling out consent forms and discussing treatment options.
- Answer telephones and provide patients answers to their questions regarding botox, fillers, PRP, peels, IPL, vein treatments, microneedling, mole removal and skincare.
- Work effectively both independently and in teams.
- Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
- Participate in promotional and educational events
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
