**Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Loadstar Dispatchers. You will play a vital part in supporting our operations through being responsible for Inventory management and reporting, as well as further administrative duties involving safety, emplyee onboarding, licensing, and various other duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support operational efficiency and industry compliance.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure safety policies and procedures are being met.
- Assist with materials management and inventory by communicating between our customers and yard operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with materials management practices is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
