**Primary Purpose**:
**Nature of Work**:
As a member of the Vice Dean Faculty Engagement team, the position will provide support to the College of Medicine’s leadership team. The position reports to the Vice Dean Faculty Engagement, with additional responsibilities to the Dean and Vice-Deans regarding searches and reviews. A core component of this role is coordination of senior administrative searches and reviews, requiring excellent organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Success in this position requires establishing strong working relationships with senior leaders across the College, the Saskatchewan Health Authority, and other external organizations. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting, managing competing deadlines, shifting priorities, and frequent interruptions.
**Accountabilities**:
- Effectively representing the College in all contacts, ensuring professionalism and appropriate tone while addressing issues and concerns or referring problems as needed.
- Providing database support, research, and analysis for projects within the portfolio.
- Delivering assertive and effective senior administrative support, developing agendas and gathering background materials; analyzing data, and producing or contributing to presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Providing comprehensive committee support for internal committees such as Faculty Council, departmental searches, departmental reviews, and executive deanery searches.
- Identifying, monitoring, and articulating critical action items in a timely and judicious manner, briefing necessary individuals, and ensuring effective cross-portfolio coordination.
- Updating procedures and policies to streamline operations, support portfolio priorities, and improve organizational efficiency.
- Updating senior leader job profiles to ensure alignment with evolving roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborating closely with the Dean and Vice-Deans and the Saskatchewan Health Authority to ensure coordinated planning and execution of joint searches and reviews.
- Ensuring priorities and deadlines are met, with accurate, professional, and confidential handling of correspondence and documentation.

**Salary**: The salary range, based on 1.0 FTE, is $52,050.00 - 81,328.00 per annum. The starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
