**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to the CEO

**Location**: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid - primarily remote)

**Job Type**: Full-Time - Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday; occasional after-hours work may be required)

**Salary**: $50,000 - 70,000 Annually

**About RxA**: The Alberta Pharmacists’ Association (RxA) is a not-for-profit, membership-based organization dedicated to promoting the value of pharmacists in supporting and advancing the health of Albertans. Governed by an elected Board of Directors, RxA operates in a dynamic, small team environment and offers a competitive salary based on education and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare reports and correspondence for the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Project management on organizational activities such as execution of the Board of Directors' election, Annual General Meeting, organizing Board Meetings and Committee Meetings.
- Development of internal and external documents and management of the Board website.
- Support and collaborate with other departments on projects as needed.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience working with senior management and Boards of Directors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Zoom.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- A relevant two-year post-secondary diploma in business/administration, or extensive related experience in lieu.
- At least 3 years of experience providing professional support at the senior management/executive level.
- Experience in a not-for-profit environment is considered an asset.

**Application Process**:
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
