Green Sky is Hiring an Experienced Project Manager

In order to qualify for this role, you’ll need at least 5 years of project management experience along with a broad **understanding of construction**. We specialize in full exterior restorations, therefore, knowledge of roofing, siding, soft metals and all other exterior components will be considered a strong asset.

As our Project Manager, you’ll work to ensure that projects are managed effectively and are completed on time, on budget, and to the proper specifications while also ensuring that there is full adherence to the necessary safety regulations. This role will see you overseeing and collaborating with both customers and trades in order to ensure proper planning, capacity and resource allocation, budget management, and that the milestones of each project are successfully met.

While no two days will ever be the same in this pivotal role, your more typical responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting difficult site situations
- Creating and updating project schedules and milestones
- Ensuring all safety requirements are being met
- Ensuring that Green Sky has the manpower that it needs to successfully meet the demands of the workload
- Sourcing subcontractors and allocating work to them
- Onboarding and orientating all new trades
- Ensuring that the milestones of each project are successfully met
- Ordering project materials and consulting on supplier pricing, quality and service level

Pay: $65,000.00-$83,047.00 per year
