**Project Manager - Fort Sands Construction**

As we grow, we seek a highly organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to join our team.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise in-house construction teams and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers and board members.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess progress and address concerns.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and budgets and ensure the team is completing all daily logs.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among all stakeholders.
- Work with office staff to ensure all aspects of the job are communicated and on-track.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and while commuting from site to site.
- Proficiency in the use of technology both in the office and on-site.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with construction background an asset.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Understanding the basics of book keeping / accounting

**Nice to have experience**
- Project Management certification or desire to get one
- Experience with Builder Trend or similar technology

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
