**YNJ Construction** is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Project Manager/Forman/Supervisor** to lead our **Hardie exterior renovation projects** and **Window & Door replacements** across Calgary. You will be responsible for managing the full exterior scope including siding, insulation, and trim work, primarily on **multi-family residential buildings**. This role requires **hands-on leadership**, strong **organizational skills**, and a deep understanding of **exterior building envelope systems**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the removal and replacement of exterior siding and installing James Hardie siding systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, crew scheduling, and material take off and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with **Alberta Building Code**, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate on-site activities including **insulation, strapping, flashing, trim**, and **siding installation**.
- Identify and report discrepancies (e.g., rot, framing issues) before execution.
- **Count and verify materials required to complete the siding job and coordinate timely ordering with the supplier.**:
- Maintain a clean and secure jobsite at all times.
- Submit all required reports, site photos, and completion documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in exterior construction or siding projects.
- Strong understanding of **Hardie Board products** and installation techniques, as well as **window and door replacement processes**.
- Familiarity with **WHMIS**, **OH&S standards**, and jobsite safety practices.
- Experience working on **multi-unit residential projects** preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $17.89-$39.33 per hour
