**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for project costs.
- Implement project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
