**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance and control inspections on restoration projects.
- Inspect trade work every Wednesday following the submission of invoices on Tuesday.
- Organize and lead monthly meetings with trades to discuss performance and expectations.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure all work meets Avalon Construction's standards.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Submit one-page QA/QC reports indicating project completion status and required holds for each trade.
- Take and manage before-and-after photographs of work for documentation purposes.
- Assist in extra materials collection.
- Collect reviews from clients on Google and BBB.
- Assist in payment collections from clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in QA/QC or a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using smartphones/laptops for capturing and managing images.
- Basic knowledge of exterior restoration processes and materials is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
