Acheson, Canada Shanked Computer Recycling Inc. Full time

**Shanked Computer Recycling Inc. (SCRI) is an approved electronic recycler based in Acheson, Alberta (15 minutes away from Edmonton).**

This position will support our team in ensuring a timely and consistent delivery of our services, as well as ensuring that current and potential clients are informed, serviced, and secure.

You will be reporting directly to the Management team at SCRI and be required to reach out to current and potential clients to maintain and/or attain their business. You will be required to communicate to other members of staff of the expectations of management as well as oversee activities to ensure compliance of SCRI’s policies and procedures.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Daily Reception and Interaction with staff, visitors, contractors, clients
- Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of office area
- Responding to inquiries made by clients about our services in a timely and friendly manner
- Identify and communicate with new business leads for SCRI
- Develop good knowledge of the e-waste industry, enabling us to improve our effectiveness
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to the SCRI Management team
- Co-ordinate, manage, plan, and participate in various internal meetings
- Assisting the team with projects and inquiries, monitoring and handling them from start to finish
- Draft up various operational and performance reports for management to review
- Records Management: Data entry and Filing using internal and external databases
- Perform various accounting tasks, including timesheet, reconciliation, expenses, and invoicing
- Health and Safety Record keeping and Updates and Documentation
- Various Tasks such as recording minutes during meetings
- Other duties and projects as required by the Management team

**Minimum Requirements**
- Fluent in English
- Valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory with a reliable vehicle to travel to work
- Completion of Grade 12
- Excellent proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite of products, including but not limited to Word and Excel
- 2-3 years of directly related experience
- Related post-secondary certificate or diploma is considered an asset
- Equivalencies may be considered

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to walk, stand, climb and occasionally lift items such as desktops, or other equipment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
