_**Crystal Clear Water Centres is a leading provider of water treatment and purification equipment in the Tri-City area since 1985. **_

We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator. This individual must be able to multi-task, do a variety of job functions throughout the day and be comfortable working in a small office environment. Reporting directly to the Owner they will be responsible for overseeing all of the data entry and conducting a variety of office administration duties for the company. For the right individual, there is the opportunity to grow this into a full-time position.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Entry and posting of all sales and work orders.
- Prepare client invoices/statements and reconcile with accounts receivables (credit entries, post cheques and prepare bank deposits).
- Manage outstanding account receivables by contacting customers, completing follow up and collections.
- Manage database of rental clients. Includes interacting with customers, opening, closing and updating rental accounts.
- Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements and complete vendor payments (review all expenses, complete payments, run monthly reports).
- Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors, update pricing, monitor inventory levels and follow up on shipment discrepancies and warranty returns.
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms for WSIB, corporate tax, and HST
- Create financial reports as requested.
- Maintain and update data in Microsoft CRM database.
- Weekly update of web analysis reporting.
- Provide support in the development and delivery of marketing program via Mailchimp.
- Responsible for benefits administration, vacation management, expense reimbursement and new employee on-boarding and set-up.
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required.

**Skills and attributes**
- Strong data entry and exceptional time management skills.
- A seasoned professional who is systems minded and who can offer innovative approaches and ideas for improvement to systems and procedures.
- Ability to work in a small office, team environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner a must.
- Effective problem-solving skills including the ability to seek out information, analyze problems, and implement solutions.
- Demonstrable integrity in maintaining all legal, social and organizational standards, including confidentiality and security of files

**Education and experience**
- Post-secondary studies in business administration, accounting or equivalent an asset.
- Minimum 3 years experience in performing all aspects of office accounting and administration.
