This position will help support our brands marketing objectives, strategies and philosophies by being responsible for handling the entire Canadian ambassador team, which includes athletes, musical artists, gamers and lifestyle ambassadors. Sourcing and managing all ambassadors will be the primary fuction of this role. This includes taking care of ideation and execution of creative content, invoicing, budget management, digital support and reporting, travel and POS/apparel management and distribution.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Staying up to date on relevant industry trends across brand pillars and digital platforms
- Conceptualization and execution of ambassador content projects
- Source new and cut old assets
- Track and submit all ambassador invoices as required
- Ensure all ambassadors have appropriate Monster branded gear/POS at all times
- Act as a liaison between ambassadors and Senior Management
- Ensure there is proper ambassador representation and manage ambassadors on the ground at all events
- Book ambassador travel to Canadian events when applicable and track and report all expenses
- Manage special project allowances and media projects
- Ensure ambassadors are fulfilling contractual obligations
- Communicate marketing focus initiatives to ambassadors
- Prepare and present internal communication regarding ambassador news/updates/highlights
- Collaboration with entire team in identifying and executing cross pollination program opportunities with all
ambassadors

**Position Requirements**:

- High level knowledge of social media platforms and their functions and trends
- Five (5) years or more action sports, music and/or gaming industry experience
- Detail oriented with ability to grasp complex concepts and execute decisively
- Excellent planning, negotiating and organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Programs - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Flexibility to travel and work in a variety of environments
- Availability on weekends and Holidays
- Strong team player skills with a positive work outlook
- Bilingual in French and English
