**Who We Are Looking For**:
**Key Role # 1: Infrastructure Management**
1. Manage, monitor, and maintain servers (physical and virtual), storage, and networking infrastructure.
2. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure uptime and scalability.
3. Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure planning and project execution.
**Key Role # 2: System Administration**
1. Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
2. Support backups, patching, system upgrades, and endpoint management.
3. Document systems, procedures, and configurations to support governance and knowledge sharing.
**Key Role # 3: Technical Support**
1. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
2. Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance windows as required.
3. Assist in security audits, policy enforcement, and vulnerability remediation.

**Experience & Education Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar systems administrator or infrastructure role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN).
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience is an asset.
- Experience in manufacturing or operational environments is an asset.
