**Who we are**:
Premier Floorball Inc. our objective is to serve as the driving force in the realm of floorball, futsal and diveball. We are dedicated to advancing the sports by understanding the requirements and aspiration of sports enthusiast. Our passion is to promote the sports, appealing to both domestic and international markets. This marketing specialist will play a pivotal role in our company’s market expansion efforts in both North America and Asia.

We are looking for a market specialist to provide tailored expertise and insights that are essential for navigating the intricacies of the market effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define processes and strategies towards continued improvements of our franchise model.
- Perform professional assessment of the characteristics of our programs such as group party, cross training, camps, family sport nights and school workshop etc.
- Advise the public on our floorball, futsal and diveball sports, sports leagues model. Promote programs we are offering in both North America and Asia.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for print, on-line and social media;
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Wechat etc
- Develop marketing strategy plan for the business
- Collect, analyse and prepare communications material for our existing and potential franchisees ;
- Develop and implement communications strategies and programs to inform potential clients ;
- Conduct and implement opinion surveys to identify interests and concerns of our target client groups;
- Analyze and identify actionable insights from market research and local sport market performance.
- Oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentation and press releases;
- Develop and organize our workshops, other social events and sports shows to increase the brand visibility;
- Initiate and maintain contact with our current clients with additional attention on the local Canadian and Asian clients;
- Prepare brochures, newsletters and other materials.
- Oversee preparation of franchise agreement.
- Market to international investors to help improve the franchise systems and scale the business
- connect to new immigrant people/groups to customize sport programs that best suit their needs and extend opportunities to integrate into multicultural sports programs

**Skills and qualifications**
- A university degree in marketing or business is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing sector
- High skills in Office Suite (Word processing software; Spreadsheet; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS

Windows; MS Word; Electronic mail; MS Outlook);
- Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Accurate; Team player;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
