**Access Flow Products**, a member of the PSS Group of Companies, is an innovative, privately owned company that specializes in the distribution, development, and manufacturing of high-quality valves and fittings. We are a **national company** with locations across the country.
We are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to be based in Lower Mainland BC to champion our products to customers in the commercial, residential, plumbing, industrial, HVAC, fire protection, and OEM markets.
**Your compensation and benefits will include**:
- **Base Salary $100,000.00 -$160,000.00 + commission based on experience**

**Your goals will be to**:
- Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Travel within British Columbia is required for client facing meetings
- Identify opportunities to cross sell, upsell, and renew contracts with customers
- Respond to customers’ requests and clarification on quotation, and purchase order requirements.
- Provide technical advice for products and/or services, day-to-day operations
- Sales initiatives such as product presentations, Trade Show participation, product training, client visits
**The skills you will need to succeed**:
- Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, and present effectively to others.
- Ability to demonstrate confidence and establish trust with our customers.
- Detail and results-oriented; able to balance multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- **Territory sales manager, sales field specialist, or equivalent experience with technical products in any of the commercial construction, fire protection, HVAC, pulp and paper, mining, water and waste management, oil and gas, petrochemical, municipal markets, power generation, residential plumbing industries**
- Successful in presenting and selling mechanical solutions
- Successful experience in customers’ accounts ongoing maintenance and service.

- Post-secondary degree
