**Responsibilities include**:

- Website management-execute required changes either on own or in collaboration with web developer.
- Development of product training videos to be used by SureShot customers.
- Creation of all marketing materials.
- Create customer facing documentation to support proprietary products as needed. This includes writing operations manuals, instruction sheets, job aids etc.
- In collaboration with engineering and service, quarterback the development of service manuals.
- Drafting internal and external communications
- Developing and enforcing brand standards.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed on budget and on time.
- Support Sales & Marketing team with completing ad-hoc tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years marketing experience with strong working knowledge of marketing principles.
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Suite of Products
- Graphic Design would be considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is compulsory. Fluency in a French would be considered a strong asset.
- Experience writing technical documents.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload.
- Results oriented and hard-working self-starter with a positive attitude.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
