Then this is the Role for you **Who Are We Looking For** We are seeking a multi-talented and self starter interested in creating and scheduling a number of social media campaigns within our charity. As we are teaching kids to become entrepreneurs, we are seeking those who have the mindset of one as well. You will be working remotely from your own space with regular online communication with the team, as well as attending one of our flagship events in person on **July 26th in Burnaby. You must be available for this event to qualify for this role.** ** IMPORTANT - Please note that this role is being funded under the Canadian Government's Summer Youth Grant to help youth gain hands on experience and will have some qualifying questions for you once you have applied through Indeed.** **Who WE Are** We are changing education for kids as we know it **Who YOU Are** You believe that all children deserve a great education. You want to help the world become a better place and and that educating children to be kind, problem solving action takers is a great place to start. **Your Ownership Role** We are seeking someone to help us with getting our social media calendar scheduled for the next few months while also taking a creative approach to developing video and graphical content using our brand guidelines and ChatGPT. You will be working directly with the CEO and Event Team as well as working independently from home on your computer. This is a proactive role and will require someone able to take initiative, move quickly while having a strong attention to detail and ask questions when uncertain about a project or initiative. This role will offer you the opportunity to build your hands on experience in social media coordination, graphic design, video content editing, AI content creation, and general marketing and promotions. **Additional Role Requirements** Most team meetings will be held on Zoom, however we will need you to attend our BizKids Summer Market on July 26th in Burnaby. As such, you will be required: - To live locally in the lower mainland or Fraser Valley of BC - Be available to attend our BizKids Event all day in person on Saturday, July 26th, 2025 - Have or be willing to obtain a criminal record check for working with children - Be open to taking on other projects within the charity that may come up to support your team. - Have access to your own computer and internet connection. **Outcomes From This Experience** Our roles are designed to give you something that you can point to once you are done and say, "I did that" You will have tangible results to place on your resume and a great letter of reference to help you move onto the next step of your life's purpose.
