**Company description**

With the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to continuously increase our brand awareness and market influence.
- Study and identify attractive topics that capture audience attention
- Draft, proofread and publish content on social media platforms, especially on WeChat
- Plan and implement layout or format of content
- Work efficiently with the core idea of increasing brand awareness and market exposure
- Collect and analyze related data to strategize and improve work procedures
- Manage various social media accounts, respond to and direct audiences to appropriate person
- Assist and collaborate with the team on marketing-related materials preparation and event-planning
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned

**Job Requirements**

1. 3 years related experience in social media operation is preferred

2. College diploma in a related field is preferred

4. Familiar with operating major social media platforms in Chinese market (WeChat, Douyin, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

5. Sensitive to current market trends

7. Excellent writing skills in Mandarin

8. Able to strictly meet deadlines and actively collaborate with the team

9. AI Tool Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience with popular AI tools and technologies to enhance work efficiency and productivity, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai for content generation.

Proficiency in using AI tools like Lumen5 or Synthesia for creating videos, and Canva or Adobe Spark for generating graphics is an Asset.

Familiarity with AI-powered software such as Grammarly for writing assistance, and Beautiful.ai or Design.ai for creating PowerPoint presentations.

Strong understanding of how to leverage AI to identify and implement cost-effective solutions within the department.

Ability to analyze existing workflows and suggest AI-driven improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Experience in optimizing operations using AI technologies to ensure the best possible performance and resource utilization.
