**Job Summary**
- Build strategic social media calendar to align with brand campaigns, product launches, retailer calendars and other marketing initiatives
- Pitch strategic social media content ideas to grow engagement on social media, with our primary channels being Instagram and TikTok
- Video content creation, from ideation to filming to posting, for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Must be comfortable being in front of the camera
- Develop creative briefs for content across all social media channels and collaborate with our design team to ensure successful execution
- Monitor campaign-specific social media KPIs and maintain a monthly performance dashboard. Present insights to marketing team and co-CEO monthly
- Track social media performance of leading brands on social, as well as competitors and other CPG industry leaders. Report findings to Marketing team as needed
- Stay updated on social media best practices and trends, experimenting with innovative strategies to boost engagement and grow followers.
- Coordinate social media schedule with Customer Experience team
- Manage social media brand collaborations and contest from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with external content creators to produce compelling and engaging content
- Work closely with the Influencer & Partnerships Team to leverage opportunities on earned platforms.
- Generate content for diverse marketing platforms, including paid ads and other channels as required

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years experience in social media, content and communications (ideation, coordination and strategy)
- You live and breathe social media and current pop-culture trends
- Creative and strategic thinking, content ideas come naturally to you
- Video editing skills: You are very familiar with TikTok & Reels editing and optimization
- You are comfortable being featured on our social media channels
- Self starter that can manage multiple projects and daily tasks
- Experience in CPG is an asset, but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
