KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor freight movement and ensure service commitments are met.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and terminal staff.
- Update systems with accurate dispatch and shipment information.
- Manage service delays and resolve issues proactively.
- Support compliance with safety standards and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 2-4 years of dispatch or transportation operations experience.
- Strong understanding of LTL/TL freight coordination.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Experience with dispatch/TMS systems preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
