**Detailed Job Description**

As **Dispatcher** you will be communicating with drivers and controlling asset utilization. You are ready to face the challenges of the day - and ready to make change to enhance the customer experience by monitoring driver performance and executing the plan.

**Dispatcher role**:

- Constant communication with drivers.
- Ability to multi task and develop solutions quickly to provide on time performance for our customers.
- You will learn, grow, and develop to be ready for the next opportunity within the business.
- Ability to execute a plan and manage changes on the fly.
- Full Time Work

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent logístical and planning skills
- TMW management software experience
- Ability to multitask
- Team management skills
- Problem solving skills
- A sense of urgency to your work
- Previous dispatch and planning experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
