Patient Transport Services is a Non-Urgent Medical Transport company based in the City of Winnipeg. We have extensive experience and are customer focused in delivering non-urgent patient transfer services to a multitude of clients.

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dispatching team in supporting our ground crews in their Patient Transports. Our dispatching role involves extensive multitasking and organizing multiple units simultaneously. Our dispatchers liaise with medical staff, take on new transfers from private or contract clients, and relay information to our transportation teams. This role can be fast paced, and requires the ability to follow multiple events at the same time.

Skills and Qualifications include:

- Dispatch or administrative experience within the transportation or service industry, or related education. (preferred)
- Customer service experience.
- Professional telephone manners.
- Time and stress management skills.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Computer software experience in MS Word and Excel.
- Geographic knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
- Availability to work flexible work hours, day & night shift work including weekends/ holidays
