- Utilize resources to maintain contact with the lease portfolio on a self-supervised basis.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with a genuine intent to resolve their issues.
- Make prospecting calls and follow up with customers within specific timeframes.
- Document and listen to customer needs and expectations throughout the sales visit.
- Prepare for the delivery of new vehicles, ensuring all details are completed.
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Regularly review and analyze actions to improve time utilization and planning.
- Stay up-to-date with dealership training programs and initiatives.

- Experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred but not required.
