Pye Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is looking for a Service Advisor/Appointment Coordinator. We’re an evolving company that provides safe and reliable vehicles to people in surrounding communities.

As a Service Advisor/Appointment Coordinator, you will be one of the primary points of contact for customers when booking their service appointments and checking in their vehicles. We are continually striving to provide the highest level of customer service, so we are looking for someone who is friendly and passionate about building lasting relationships with our customers and the community while working as part of our team.

This role will involve communicating with customers in a variety of methods including on the phone, in person, and online so both oral and written skills are important with strong computer skills. Being organized is a must

- You will work as part of a team that is centrally located in the dealership; having a personable and approachable demeanour will be a key to success in this role

- Competitive compensation based on experience **($35,000 - $50,000 / year)**:

- Casual dress - but keep it professional & tidy (steel toed boots required)
- Company events (Christmas party, summer BBQs, etc.)
- Paid vacation & paid sick time
- 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday - **no evenings or weekends**

**Here’s what we need from you**:

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and able to accurately listen & document customer concerns
- The ability to keep your cool when things get busy, and multi-task when necessary.
- If you already love our brand (GM) that’s great - but if not, that’s okay too, as long as you have the willingness and desire to learn and become part of the dealership team
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems and processing payments.
- A little bit of tech-savvy - we won’t measure how many words you can type per minute but being able to easily navigate a computer and varying software’s will be the key to success
- Desire to work as part of a team - this position is a key support system for all departments in the dealership

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
