What You'll Do:

- Sourcing & Trade Appraisals: Source quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and other channels, and assist with trade appraisals.
- Active Sales Role: Help customers find and purchase the right pre-owned vehicles, delivering exceptional service and expertise.
- Optimize Inventory: Work with the General Sales Manager to keep our used vehicle inventory at the right level, balancing variety and demand.
- Market Research & Pricing: Research market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
- Build Vendor Relationships: Develop strong relationships with wholesale vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality inventory.

How You'll Drive Success:

- Inventory Sourcing: Work with the General Sales Manager to source quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and other channels.
- Reconditioning Oversight: Make sure vehicles meet our standards for resale.
- Inventory Management: Keep detailed records of inventory, sales, and vehicle histories.
- Vehicle Appraisal: Assist with accurate vehicle appraisals to maintain competitive pricing.

What We Expect:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or procurement.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for assessing vehicle condition and value.
- Familiarity with reconditioning processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and CRM systems.
