We are currently hiring a full-time **Body Shop Technician**. The compensation for this role is between $20 - $30 hourly based on experience and transferrable skills. To be successful in this role, you should be reliable, professional, and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Role Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
- Perform body repairs, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
- Ensure the use of proper safety precautions and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during all repair processes.
- Collaborate with other technicians, painters, and support staff to efficiently complete repairs.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.

- Scheduled hours are between Monday to Friday - **no weekends.**:

Here's what we need from you:

- Valid Red Seal certification/Apprenticeship as a Body Shop Technician
- Hands-on experience in auto body collision and mechanical repairs
- Previous experience working as a collision technician
- Able to work independently and stay focused under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
- Organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Physically capable of tasks involving standing for long periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Reliable, self-motivated, and takes initiative
- Holds a valid Canadian driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and ability to accurately document repair steps
