The role is fully remote within the US and Canada, covering a defined geographic territory to drive market penetration and sales growth. Typical Day Engage clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement, or assignment for territory growth aligned with annual quota. Execute a consultative sales strategy using our internal solution‑selling methodology and comprehensive product training. Handle technical and application sales questions, providing prompt responses, quotes, technical advice, and guidance. Populate and maintain data integrity in Salesforce. Collect and provide constructive feedback to management to drive continuous improvement of the inside sales process. Collaborate with other sellers to improve inside sales prospecting processes. Engage in department KPIs using visual management and countermeasures where appropriate. Interface with Distribution Sales, Regional Sales, Technical Support, Business Unit, and Marketing to optimize sales. Contribute to creative promotional programs. Essential Requirements High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree desirable but not required). Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably progressive B2B tele‑sales. Proven ability at cross‑selling and upselling; experience increasing revenue within existing accounts. Knowledge of water plant/laboratory operation, water testing requirements, and applicable regulations is helpful. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
