**Responsibilities;**
- Responsible for scheduling drivers to pick up and deliver precast products to customers. This includes following up with drivers if they do not show up on time, if there are weather delays, etc.
- Responsible for scheduling drivers to pick up and deliver bulk material to project sites.
- Assist with the scheduling of drivers to pick up and deliver equipment and parts to customers as required.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and Multicrete Group for any shipping related issues or delays;
- Coordinate the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective, this includes combining shipments based on routes and timelines to minimize trucks required.
- Assist with negotiating rates with freight companies and compiling the necessary documents related to the transportation of dangerous goods and materials.
- Follow up with drivers to ensure on time delivery to site;
- Complete day before calls to client’s dispatch to ensure trucks are prepared for next day delivery.
- Work closely with project management and operations to generate load lists
- Take pictures of loads and upload to appropriate folders.
- Prepare cross border documents when required.
- Maintain records and monitor internal driver’s daily logs.

**Qualifications;**
- Minimum 1 year dispatch experience;
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certificate required;
- Experience with negotiating logistics would be considered an asset;
- Manitoba’s Train the Trainer certification;
- Possess a valid driver’s license.

**Salary**: $17.05-$25.63 per hour
