**Summary**

**Responsibilities**

Key elements and skills required for this position include:
DATABASE MANAGEMENT (ZOHO Customer Relationship Management)
- manage database including create new accounts, update database daily with business activity to existing and new accounts
- service call management including manage contacts, opening work orders, service billing and entering costs
- ESA / TUV Certification process management
- Design and run reports as required in the management of the business

CUSTOMER PORTAL MANAGEMENT
- work with Customer Online Portal-based Systems including Officetrax and EDI systems for managing transactions with customers

FINANCIAL

Manage data at the transactional level and forward to Accounting for:

- Bank Deposits
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable

REPORTING & DOCUMENTS
- data collection, analysis and report generation
- inventory reporting, marketing reporting, manage open work orders
- customer specific ‘smart’ compactor analytics as required using a SCADA-based system and data analysis
- create reports using tables, graphs, data sorts and filters
- maintenance and development of production and procedure manuals

SHIPPING & FREIGHT
- Manage shipping, freight and delivery logistics including securing freight quotes and customs documents
- Manage the UPS system shipping and billing requirements

GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES
- Support front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering phones
- General office duties / management consistent with a busy small / medium office
- This position requires a high-level working knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

**Assets for success, but not a firm requirement**:

- Basic knowledge of ZOHO CRM, OfficeTrax, SCADAcore and / or EDI systems
- Working knowledge of the waste and recycling industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
