**Responsibilities**:

- Experience with complete installation of outdoor structures, from initial layouts through to a finished product.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches
- Site planning (Job site prep, takeoffs and orders, building codes, municipal inspections, etc.) and layouts (reading working drawings)
- Rough framing
- Exterior finishes (windows and doors, soffit, facia and trim [aluminum bending], siding, stone veneers, etc.)
- Build-out and installation of features (kitchens, fire places, etc.)
- Fence and Deck construction (stair layouts, railing systems, etc.)
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient with hand, woodworking, and power tools
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- G License required
- D or A License a Benefit
